Tamalla is a teacher that has worked in various industries during the last 30 plus years. She has worked for over 25 years managing people and processes. She has more than 15 years experience coaching, consulting and training individuals and companies attuning them to opportunities for success at all levels.

Most recently in the secular field she focused on the real estate industry beginning in 2001. She became a licensed Broker in 2004, a licensed real estate Instructor in 2006 and began working in the community association field in 2009.

​​​​As owner and President of Learning You Education, LLC she is actively coaching, training and educating individuals and groups inspiring them to move forward positively, elevating their life experiences both personally and professionally. Tamalla is a Certified Catalyst Facilitator and a Successions Process Facilitator. She utilizes Dynamic Cognitive Programming and Success Sessions as part of her coaching methodology. Her clients include professionals, executives, solopreneurs, highly conscious individuals and also those seeking to align their career with their personal happiness and success.
